What's the minimum order?
It depends on the product; each page shows it. Many Rapid Run items start at 50 to 240 pieces, rolling papers and matches at 200 to 1,000 booklets or boxes. Volume breaks are on every page, so you can see what a bigger run costs per unit.
How long does production take?
About 10 business days from mockup approval and payment for stocked (Rapid Run) items. Backordered items take about 30 days. Shipping is on top of that: 2 to 5 business days ground within the continental US.
What does the art setup fee cover?
A one-time charge per new design (usually $40) for separating your art, making screens or plates or laser files, and producing your mockups. Reorders with the same art don't pay it again.
Do I pay before I see a mockup?
No. You approve a free virtual mockup first, then we invoice with a secure pay link. Production starts when the invoice is paid.
Can I get a physical sample?
Blank samples of most items are available at a small cost. A decorated pre-production sample is possible on larger orders; ask in your notes and we'll quote it.
Can I order blank products without a logo?
Yes. Most of what's here is also available undecorated, by the case. Mention it in your quote and we'll price it.
Why is there a hazmat charge on lighters?
Lighters are classified as hazardous material by carriers. They must ship ground, and the carrier bills a surcharge that we pass through at cost as one flat fee per order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, for most non-hazmat items. Tell us the destination and we'll quote shipping; duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
What if my art isn't ready?
Send the quote anyway with a note. We'll hold pricing and start the mockup when the file arrives.
Can I mix colors in one order?
Assorted-color products ship in whatever mix is in stock; we can't guarantee specific counts per color. If you need exact color quantities, order the single-color version of the item or tell us before ordering.
