Which lighter fits which goal

Minimums, colors and print areas
- Minimums run 1–600 pieces; most custom lighters start at 400.
- Assorted-color packs count as one order: you get a mix of colors with the same logo.
- Print areas are small (a Clipper body is about 0.45" × 2"), so use a simplified one-color mark or a short wordmark. Fine detail and gradients disappear at this size.
- Reorders with the same artwork have no setup fee.
Shipping and compliance
- Butane lighters are classified as hazardous materials. They ship by ground only within the US (2–5 business days in the continental US) and carry a $30 hazmat charge per order. They cannot ship by air.
- Disposable lighters sold in the US must meet the federal child-resistance standard; the brands we stock comply.
