The short answer
Your total is unit price at your quantity × quantity, plus a one-time $40 art setup per design (none on reorders), plus $30 hazmat per order if it includes lighters, plus ground shipping. Unit prices fall at published quantity breaks shown on every product page, and you pay the price of the break your quantity reaches.
The parts of a quote
- Minimum order: the smallest quantity the factory runs for a decorated item. It varies by product (1 piece on ready-made designs; most custom items 50–600).
- Price breaks: each product lists quantity tiers. Ordering 1,000 when a break starts at 960 gets the 960 price on all 1,000 pieces.
- Art setup: $40 one time per new design (screens, plates or laser files). Reorders of the same art skip it.
- Hazmat: $30 per order containing lighters; they ship ground only.
- Shipping: ground from Farmingdale, New York, 2–5 business days in the continental US; express quoted by ZIP (not available for lighters).
